~ Jennifer Orode
Jennifer Orode is a Customer Service Expert based in Birmingham, UK.
To further her mission of re-engineering businesses across Africa to achieve high profitability by delivering exceptional experiences to customers, she engaged ScribeTribe Africa to help midwife her book titled, THE CUSTOMER YOU HAD BUT NEVER KNEW.
Asides having an interesting book title, Jennifer also had a fresh method as well as insights to the problem of customer acquisition and retention. The real challenge was that she already had a set date for the launch of the book in Lagos, Nigeria and her flight was booked. She had just 6 weeks to get the book out!
We took up the challenge and delivered on the entire process from facilitating interview sessions with her to creating content, research, editing and proofreading, design and branding, ISBN registration, digital publishing, and printing of hard copies. Everything turned out seamlessly according to her timeline.
THE CUSTOMER YOU HAD BUT NEVER KNEW is written to help entrepreneurs, businessowners and marketing managers solve the complex problem of acquiring and retaining customers. It advocates a structural approach to create a culture where everyone in the business – from the CEO to the security officer – is focused on meeting the customers’ needs – rather than just making a profit.
“By ensuring that the business is of the customer and for the customer” Jennifer says, “businesses can become more attractive, accommodating, and conducive to both existing and prospective customers. They can also turn prospects to customers and customers to raving fans.”
Certified by the National Customer Service Association (NCSA) USA, Jennifer Orode is a member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) United Kingdom and Chartered Manager with the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM).
